The School of Petroleum Engineering (SCOPE) offers Australia's longest standing accredited and internationally recognised Petroleum Engineering BE degree programme.

SCOPE is a relatively small School within the University and is able to look after its students with more dedication than larger schools.

SCOPE's strong industry links enable it to sponsor industrial training and industrial contacts.

SCOPE's students organise sports and social activities such as BBQs and field trips.
