The School of Petroleum Engineering (SCOPE) presents a range of industry short courses that cover the full spectrum of upstream oil and gas exploration and production activities.

Courses have been designed with flexibility in mind to cater for the particular needs of individual clients. Courses can be tailored to fit the needs of either the beginner or the advanced practitioner who needs to round out his or her knowledge.

SCOPE has experience in conducting individual short training courses for the general public and in-house courses for oil and gas companies, government departments and financial institutions including integrated short course programmes of several months' duration, and on-the-job training.

SCOPE's short course presenters have conducted courses in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Egypt, Libya, England, Scotland, Norway, Denmark, South Africa, Switzerland, UK, USA, and Russia.
